Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivered in 5–8 business days on average, depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We offer free shipping on all orders , no minimums, no catches. We also ship internationally! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Protection

For just $5, you can add Gilvano Shipping Protection at checkout. This covers you against lost packages, damaged items, and stolen deliveries. If anything happens to your protected order, we'll reship or refund , no questions asked. Without shipping protection, claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, don't worry , feel free to reach out and we'll investigate for you.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
